"The Immaculate"
Welcome to my page. I am PCDT Clark Kent Palgue Oliano, with serial number C-23197, and a proud member of MASIDTALAK Class of 2023. The designated Finance Officer of the Delta Company and a member of the HOP Committee. "Isang Iskolar Para sa Bayan!"
A little bit about me - I was born and raised at Barangay Imugan, Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya, an unknown barangay secluded in the Caraballo Mountains. Growing up I was the only grandson of both my grandparents which was great for some time. But soon turn into pressure to be an achiever to serve as a perfect example for my younger brother and niece. Going through my primary and secondary education I was able to meet their expectation with the help and guidance of my family. My tertiary education concluded after completing the five-year Bachelor of Science in Accountancy program at Saint Mary’s University.
I am constantly striving to improve and grow professionally and personally, and I still believe I can make a difference in this country and the world. As Edmund Burke said, "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." After recognizing my purpose, I decided to join the long maroon line of the Philippine National Police Academy, where I honed my skills and developed a deeper understanding of the words Justice, Integrity Service, and leadership.
I am grateful for this opportunity to share my passion with others, and I hope my website will inspire and inform in equal measure.
Jeremiah 29:11 has been my source of confidence and reassurance in times of uncertainty and doubt. It reminds me constantly of God having a plan for our lives: hope and prosperity, not harm or destruction. It encourages me to trust in God's plan and faith that my future is secure in His hands.
Additionally, this verse has inspired me to seek God's will for my life and to trust in His guidance rather than relying on my understanding. This I learned the hard way. I failed twice to pass the CPA board examination, and it was a profoundly painful and frustrating experience. I felt disappointed, sad, and even angry at myself or the circumstances that led to my failure. But that experience taught me to surrender my plans and ambitions to God, knowing that His plan for me is far greater than anything I could ever imagine. I was not listening to God’s plan for me. I succeeded in passing two attempts to enter the PNPA. Only on the second time was I able to obey His plans for me. It is clear that I am here in accordance with God’s plan for my life, and this is my life's purpose.

"Water is Life, Life is Water"
May 4, 2019, is an unforgettable date for all members of MASIDTALAK Class of 2023. This is the day we left our civilian lives and joined the long maroon line of the Philippine National Police Academy. In the next few days, we would learn to appreciate the beauty of the common things around us.
The Shearer
"Cadetship is but a grim struggle of winning supremacy over oneself."
The second-year cadets in the Academy are called the “Shearers of the Corps” in concise and straightforward language “3C”. Our second year in the Academy was plagued with the eruption of the Taal Volcano, followed by the COVID-19 pandemic. These circumstances have challenged us to evolve and adapt to maintain the sanctity of the Corps of Cadets.
The Steward
"Wait until you become"
Third-year cadets gain more privilege as well as responsibility. As uncle Ben in Spiderman said, “With great power comes great responsibility.” Becoming the Squad leader, you become responsible and accountable for the performance of the squad members in academic or non-academic evaluations.
